Creamy Avocado Pasta

What is this? A real post? Not a new layout? Yes a real post....well semi real post this is just about a great recipe I tried. The other day I made creamy avocado pasta. I got the recipe from here. I used grape tomatoes instead of campari tomatoes. Not sure if that really makes a difference. I also didn't use pine nuts I wouldn't mind trying it again with the pine nuts and see if that changes things. I also can't find my stupid camera so there is no picture of it, hopefully next time!

Seafood Tomato Alfredo

Last night for dinner I made seafood tomato alfredo. I got it off the back of a can of Campbell's cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup. Of COURSE I tweaked it a bit. It called for fish and I used shrimp, scallops and crab instead. I served it over angel hair pasta and seasoned green beans on the side.
This is what the sauce looked like as I was cooking it. the sauce would make a pretty good seafood stew if you didn't want pasta I think.

Happy Birthday Enid!

I know this entry is a few days late, but things have been hectic and I'm sick so i didn't want to get to it till now....I know I'm horrible!

Anyways we celebrated her birthday on Wednesday which was the day before at Brandon's parents house. I baked a cake. I was hoping that Walmart's bakery still sold the kits like they used to but no luck so I manged to find some Tinkerbell cake decorations and a small Tinkerbell toy to use.
I used a strawberry flavored cake which made the batter pink and I used a cream cheese frosting which I colored purple. It looked really cool and I wish I had thought to take a picture once the cake was all cut up...
Anyways here is the result...not too pretty since my handwriting sucks but I still think it looks cool.
We ate dinner and then we opened presents. She did pretty well. Both her and Aidin got buckets with shovels and bubbles. Aidin's was Diego and Enid's was Dora. Enid then got a princess pop up hamper, Everbody's Hero and Tinkerbell (movies), a BUNCH of color wonder stuff, this little bus play thing. and some other stuff I may of forgotten who knows...but here is some pictures of the stuff.Then after she opened presents we had cake.This is Brandon bringing her cake out to her.

This is right before or right after she blew out her candle. Don't ask me what Justin is doing cause I have no clue.

I don't like to cook I promise

This is what I made for dinner tonight. I seasoned the steak and broiled it and made some rice a roni and some seasoned green beans yummy!

Last Night's Dinner

Last night I made crab tomatoes sauce on cheese ravilolli.

Later today I will make a post about Enid's zoo trip

Meat Loaf YUM!

Tonight I made meatloaf with seasoned green beans and mashed potatoes with country gravy.
Right out of the oven. YUMM-O!
All together on the plate. Am I making you hungry?

Feta chicken

I made feta chicken with artichoke hearts tonight. It was so yummy. I was rushed though so i didn't get a picture of it right out of the over or even fresh on the plate this is after enid attacked hers lol

Mmm Enchiladas !

I made enchiladas for dinner tonight this. This is the first time i have made them. I made them beef and bean and some just bean.

They were super easy to make I got the recipie from the can of Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce. I just added beans and they were pretty mild so you would need to add something if you like them spicy which I do but Enid doesn't

Tonight I made the best dinner ever. I made chipolte lime fajitas and I made them in chicken and steak. It was super easy to make and tasted oh so yummy. I made them a little too spicy (oops) so Enid didn't like them but everyone else did!
Also making Guacomole in a magic bullet is a VERY interesting experince!
