Lagoon!

My mom took us to Lagoon ( an amusement park in Utah). I had been there one time before and it was a really crappy experience but I had TONS of fun this time and my mom is talking about getting us season passes which will be great!
The kids were so excited they came and jumped on us!Waiting...We're so excited!Lots of rides!

Brandon's Birthday!

Today Brandon turns 21! I made him a cake last night but it looks stupid. Hopefully it tastes good though! I will not be posting pictures though!
I know I really need to update this more.

Maybe I should have made a resolution to update this more....

But knowing me I would have failed at it miserably!

Anyways what's going on with us....

Brandon- Didn't work for a month worked one week and is back to not working. He's looking for another job but so far no luck. If anyone knows of any jobs in Cache Valley he could do send them his way.

Enid- Still loves school. Acts like she's a teenager already. Never listens unless it's what she wants to here. Frustrating but she still helps me out a lot so I can't complain too much right.

Aidin- We are FINALLY making some real strides when it comes to potty training. Since Sunday we have kept him in underwear during the day and he has yet to have an accident. He hasn't pooped in the potty and we need to tell him to go try for him to sit on the potty but I can tell he's been holding it. So basically we just need him to realize that he can go without us asking him to if he feels he has to go.

Peyton- She has learned no. She can say no shake her head and say nu uh. So OF COURSE no the Terrible two's are starting. We say anything to and it's met with nu uh and shaking her head. She thinks it's cute...Brandon and I....not so much. In a few weeks (Feb. 28th) she will FINALLY be old enough to go into the nursery at church. I am VERY excited for this because right now Brandon and I have been swapping her every week and when it's my week I don't get anything out of the Lesson in RS and SS well neither of us really gets anything out of it cause we spend a lot of it chasing her. I know she'll have a blast in nursery I'm not worried at all that she will be one of those kids that freaks out when their parents leave but she will probably try to escape to run down the halls every time someone leaves or comes in.

Me- Finally making some friends here. I have two weekly playgroups I go to. One is at the church with Ladies from RS and the other one is from a Cache Valley mom's forum I am in. They have helped me get out of the house and have helped me meet new people and make friends so I am happy about that. School is...going ok. Last session I had a draing class that I ended up getting a C in so that dropped my GPA from a 4.0 to a 3.33. Right now I am in a math class and it's not going so well. Luckily this class does not go against my GPA but I need to get at least a C or I have to retake the class and I SO do not want that. Work is going ok I have been slacking on it ay to much and ave been trying to work more but we recently had an influx of new agents so it's hard to get questions when I am signed on. On a positive note with work though I am scheduled to work the superbowl and during the super bowl i will be making like 4 times my normal rate so I am excited about that.

Peanut butter cup Brownie bottom cheesecake

On Sunday I made my first attempt at making a bake cheese cake. I decided to make this peanut butter one that Brandon has been begging me to me to make for like a year now. The crust is a brownie instead of the normal graham cracker crust then you the cheesecake layer is a peanut butter cheesecake. between the brownie layer and the cheesecake layer you put peanut butter and chaolate chips so it gets all melty and cause swirls in the cheese cake. then you top it with melted chocolate chips and melted peanut butter chips and but cut up peanut butter cups around the edge. Brandon says it really good and that's what he wants for his birthday cake next year. I'll have to take his word on it though since I don't like peanut butter or most chocolate. He says it is really rich and it's like super thick.

I'm nuts oh and Happy Thanksgiving.

We had a really good Thanksgiving we went down to Kaysville, UT and had lunch with my Mother in Laws family. Then we went to my Father in laws family. It was just Brandon, Peyton, and I cause the other two kids were with David. Then we stayed up all night and braved Black Friday. We have all our Christmas shopping done other then I have to get Brandon his present. We got some pretty good deals and I definatly see the appeal but I don't want to do it again myself....or at least not with Peyton I don't know what I was thinking.

School update

I finished with an A and Brandon finished with a B+. I would be on the president's list but I am only a part time student, but that is a rant for another day.

Brandon and I just finished our first class. We have a 10 day break and on October 5th we will start our new class. So far through the term I've had an an A so I hope that ends up being my final grade and I think Brandon was at a B+
The bad new is Brandon got laid off from him job booting. They just had too many people but if there are any openings Brandon will get it.
Also in the bad news department my computer has been acting flaky making it pretty much impossible for me to work.
That's all that's really going on in our world.

First day of school

Today was Enid's first day of first grade. She seemed to really enjoy it. She did say it was a really long day but that she had lots of fun.
Today was also Brandon and I's first day of school. We both already turned in our first assignments and started participating in class discussions.
Hopefully everything continues to go well for all three of us!

Thursday

This Thursday Enid will be starting school. She is going into the first grade! She is growing up so fast! I can't believe it is time for her to start going to school full time!

In addition to Enid starting school Brandon and I are going back to school as well. He will be going into graphic design to build a portfolio and then going into game art and design. Yes he will be making video games. He spends enough time with them he should get paid for it :). I will be going into the photography program. We are both doing this online at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online division!

We are really excited to start this journey and that we are doing it together.

It's been awhile

Alot has happened since I last posted. We moved to Cache Valley Utah. More specifically Hyrum.
I love the views and we are so close to a temple and it happens to be the temple that my grandparents were sealed in for all time and eternity so that makes me happy and someday I hope to be sealed to Brandon in that same temple.

I also dyed my hair blonde.....ok I only got it streaked/highlighted. It makes my hair seem a lot lighter though I love it I think it makes my face seem narrower but maybe that's just me lol.
The streaks are pretty defined but I couldn't seem to get a good picture and the pictures i took when I first got it done make the bottom half look all blonde.

Brandon is working for a company that does outbound surveys. He's doing really well and usually has the top rate in the center. He likes it and I'm happy and I hope he continues to like it.

I'm still working for KGB. It's a good job but things are dying down and I don't feel I can get as many questions as I need and was used to for that reason I am currently looking for work. I think that I should get a job and besides it would be a way to meet people something I don't currently have. I had a job interview today and I should know by Wednesday. I hope I get it.

GOOD NEWS!!!!

BRANDON GOT A JOB!!!!! He will be working at Taco John's which means i can still go to cosmetology school starting in July!
