Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

I made a banana cake that I got from this blog It look and smells yummy hopefully it tastes yummy. Here are some pictures

Car

Not sure if I mentioned this but our car was not working which was a huge hassle. Brandon had a truck to drive to and from work but if I wanted to go anywhere I was stuck taking the bus which here is free but still a hassle. Anyways we finally got it working and I am so happy!

Happy Holidays

Since only about half the people I asked actually gave me thier address I am just going to do our christmas card/letter in our blog.

Dear Family and Friends,
I hope this finds you all well. This is our first time doing a Christmas card/letter hopefully next year people give me their addresses so i can do this the old fashioned way.
This year for us had a rough start. Brandon went through two jobs and had a much to long stint of unemployment. He did get a job finally that he kept for a bit.
In March Aidin turned three. Time sure does fly and he is growing up too fast. I also got baptized in the beginning of March. Sometime in March or April Peyton got scarlet fever and stopped eating. She lost 2 lbs which at her age and weight at the time was very bad. We're not sure why she stopped eating but we put her on pedisure and she gained the weight back plus some and while she is still pretty tiny she is healthy now.
In June Enid turned six and I turned twenty-five. Shortly after my birthday we decided to move to Logan,UT and Brandon got a job in Providence,UT. After a bit we found an apartment in Hyrum, UT where we have lived since July.
In August Brandon turned twenty,Enid started first grade, Brandon and I went back to school. He is going for a bachelors in graphic design and then will get a bachelors in game art and design. I am working towards a bachelors in photography. Also in August Peyton had her first birthday!
The rest of the year so far for us has been pretty mellow and not much to report. Hope every has a wonderful holiday see you in the new year!

Peanut butter cup Brownie bottom cheesecake

On Sunday I made my first attempt at making a bake cheese cake. I decided to make this peanut butter one that Brandon has been begging me to me to make for like a year now. The crust is a brownie instead of the normal graham cracker crust then you the cheesecake layer is a peanut butter cheesecake. between the brownie layer and the cheesecake layer you put peanut butter and chaolate chips so it gets all melty and cause swirls in the cheese cake. then you top it with melted chocolate chips and melted peanut butter chips and but cut up peanut butter cups around the edge. Brandon says it really good and that's what he wants for his birthday cake next year. I'll have to take his word on it though since I don't like peanut butter or most chocolate. He says it is really rich and it's like super thick.

New Layout

I made a new layout in honor of the winter holidays. I will keep this layout up till sometime in January. I also added a ticker for how long Brandon and I have been married.

I'm nuts oh and Happy Thanksgiving.

We had a really good Thanksgiving we went down to Kaysville, UT and had lunch with my Mother in Laws family. Then we went to my Father in laws family. It was just Brandon, Peyton, and I cause the other two kids were with David. Then we stayed up all night and braved Black Friday. We have all our Christmas shopping done other then I have to get Brandon his present. We got some pretty good deals and I definatly see the appeal but I don't want to do it again myself....or at least not with Peyton I don't know what I was thinking.

Some people brought it to my attention that I need to post more in here and I guess since I haven't updated for like two months they are probably right.

Brandon and I have finished our second class and are on to our third. I finished with an A so I still have a 4.0 and I think Brandon got a B+ again. The class I am currently taking is drawing which is kinda kicking my butt but fun at the same time. Then after the drawing class I have a month long break then a math class.....I'm hoping the drawing class and the math class don't ruin my 4.0 I'm very proud of my 4.0.

Our new blog picture was taken by a friend of mine BrandiLyn (http://brandilynphotographydesign.com) She is doing free photoshoots while she builds her portfolio so she did one for us. I really liked it and we got some good family pictures.

Aidin had to get stitches. He was at David's house and tripped and hit on something. It sounded a lot worse then it actually looks. I was imagining this huge gash on his forehead that when I saw the picture below (curtosey of David's facebook) I was plesently surprised.
Brandon started working days at his old job. This way he can get more hours and hopefully be able to make enough. We also got new computers so I've been able to work more but I've been having a hard time getting back into my old routine with work so I am going to have to work on that.

Last weekend we celbrated my Grandpa on my dad's side's 80th birthday! Wow! That man will seriously outlive us all. Love you Grandpa Kunz!

Oh yes how could I forget Haloween! Enid was supergirl. Aidin was spiderman and Peyton was a butterfly.

This is the only picture I was able to get Peyton kept trying to run away. So it's not the best but you can see everything.

My Pontiac broke down. We don't know what's wrong with it but it sucks because we don't know what to do with it anymore and can't really afford to do anything. Brandon has a truck to get to and from work and stuff but i can't reach the pedals to be able to drive it but the bus system here is free and there is a stop right by my house. So as long as I don't need to go to Wellsville I'm fine.

Well I guess that is everything in the past 2 months that has happened to us. I will try to get better about updating but no promises.

School update

I finished with an A and Brandon finished with a B+. I would be on the president's list but I am only a part time student, but that is a rant for another day.

New Layout.

I have a new fall layout. I'm going to keep this layout till a little bit after Halloween. Cute huh?

Brandon and I just finished our first class. We have a 10 day break and on October 5th we will start our new class. So far through the term I've had an an A so I hope that ends up being my final grade and I think Brandon was at a B+
The bad new is Brandon got laid off from him job booting. They just had too many people but if there are any openings Brandon will get it.
Also in the bad news department my computer has been acting flaky making it pretty much impossible for me to work.
